Our family owned 31' Chalet is built on a Ford chassis with a V10 engine. It is fun and easy to drive. It has a dinette/sofa bed super slide. It is meticulously clean and attentively maintained. Housing kits are available upon request. 125 miles/day free.

Beautiful new Trailer with slide. Queen walk around bed, gaucho bed and dinette bed. Microwave and AC (requires AC hookup or generator). 4980 lbs unladen (empty) weight, 7000 lbs GVWR. Your tow vehicle will need to be at least a 1/2 ton (1500, f150, etc) with a V-8 engine and an electric brake controller installed. Check your tow vehicles manufacturers specifications for your towing capacity.

This is a fun, comfortable, family-owned RV. At 30 feet it is easier to drive than the big RVs, but has plenty of room inside, with two slideouts!
